Cancellation Policy

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you've had to cancel your trip to China. We understand that there could be various reasons behind this decision.

In case of cancellation, we want to make the process as clear and fair as possible for you. Here's how the refund policy works:

  • If you cancel prior to 14 days before departure, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made.
  • If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before departure, you'll receive a 50% refund of all payments made.
  • Unfortunately, if you cancel within 7 days of departure or are a no-show, we won't be able to issue a refund.
  • Please note that once the trip has started, we can't provide refunds for any unused services due to circumstances like early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days.
